Biography:
Patti Grunther who grew up in New Jersey has a B.A. in Linguistics from Pitzer College with a minor in Italian. She moved to Italy following college for what she intended to be a year’s stay and ended up remaining and working there for more than 20 years. She moved back to NJ with her family in 2006 after receiving a teaching/research scholarship to get her Master’s in Applied Linguistics at Montclair State University. She has been teaching Italian language and culture at Watchung Hills Regional High School since 2007.
